We want you to love every Atoz Naturals product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
- Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.
To request a return, please email us at costumer@atoznaturals.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product.
- Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used products.
- Items without original pack
- Free samples or promotional items.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Any shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Replacements
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
