We want you to love every Atoz Naturals product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products.

To request a return, please email us at costumer@atoznaturals.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return:
  1. Opened or used products.
  2. Items without original pack
  3. Free samples or promotional items.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  1. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  2. Any shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  1. Replacements

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
